Introduction

Welcome to the official blog of track and field at the ARCO U.S. Olympic Training Center in Chula Vista, California.  The idea behind it is to give you a feel of what we do here from the perspective of multiple different athletes.  Periodically, you'll hear from high/long/triple jumpers, pole vaulters, sprinters, hurdlers, and discus/hammer/shotput/javelin throwers.  Also look for biography pages on each of the athletes who train at this fabulous facility!
